REFUND / RETURN POLICY :

We do not offer refunds as all items are crafted specifically for your order and produced after the order is placed. However, you are eligible for a return if the received item differs from your purchase or arrives damaged. Proof of purchase is required for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at prntcrafts@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly contact us right away. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.

Exchanges:

Given that all items are produced after your order is placed, we do not facilitate exchanges.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.

Shipping:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week of placement. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation, and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days to reach you.
