I aim to fulfill all custom orders within 3 days. Following completion, shipping typically requires an additional 1-5 days, depending on your location.

• Do you accept large special order requests?

Absolutely! If you cannot find what you need on my website, simply email me at prntcrafts@gmail.com, and I will collaborate with you to fulfill your special order. Many sizes of materials not listed on my website can be specially ordered just for you!

• What brand of prints do you use?

I primarily use the highest quality Aluminum panels for my prints.

• Do you personally create all of the prints?

Yes, every print is meticulously crafted by me.

• Will you film the creation process of my phone case/metal print?

While I aim to film the creation of prints, I typically select them at random. If you wish for me to film yours, please leave a note at checkout. Similarly, if you prefer not to have your print shared, kindly leave a note as well.

• Do you accept custom requests beyond what is seen on the website?
